McAllen Valley Roofing Co. is seeking a highly motivational residential roofing sales coordinator who is commission driven with experience and that is looking for a change. They will manage the entire sales process which includes identifying new opportunities, be responsible for planning and reviewing their projects daily and gathering all information needed for production. They must review the proposals, material lists and monitor budget on materials and in labor. They are the direct point of contact for the customer and will handle all communication during the process of the project.
-Minimum of 2 years residential roofing sales experience however, prior construction experience will also be considered
-Ability to grow in a fast paced environment
-Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Excellent communications skills
-Must be able to climb a ladder without fear of heights
-Position may require lifting up to 50+lbs
-Valid driver’s license
-Capable of multi-tasking
-Establish good client relationships with customers for referrals and repeat business
-Supervise and administer sales team to expand market share
-Maintain awareness of competitive activity in the roofing industry
-Provide residential roofing information – Price, quality, and sales material
-Work with production on all phases of projects for scheduling and submitting change orders
-Monitor labor and cost
-Review and prepare proposals
-Communicate with customers
-Meet company goals
-Have an understanding of OSHA requirements
This is a highly competitive commission based 1099 position.
High School or GED minimum.
Roofing Sales: 2+ years however, prior construction experience will also be considered.
