GAF Everguard TPO – Mexican Restaurant

In this project profile our team of professional roofers installed a TPO roof membrane system on a flat roof for local restaurant Los Amigos in La Feria, TX.

When you operate a restaurant the last thing you want your customers to experience is roof leaks which can also be a health hazard if the leaks happen in the kitchen. After some heavy rain our client contacted us that they were having issues with a section of their roof and had one of our project managers went out to do a full roof inspection.

After a detailed roof assessment on their flat roof, a simple roof patch and seal was not going to be the optimal solution especially in an area that experiences a lot of rain during the summer. After going through all our roofing solutions our client chose a GAF TPO roof membrane system which will not only prevent future leaks, it will provide them with savings on their electric bill due to a reduction in cooling costs.
