After thinking through what advantage we can offer to our customers compared to the competition and also base on one of the major complaint that I received on the phone is the lack of communication. Mostly in the gap between the first payment and by the time the project will start. “I want to know the status of my project “ when is my roof going to be installed “ , “where am I on the list “, etc. so I thought it would be brilliant to offer our customers a way to be able to track the status of there project on line through our website. Also offer them the option to contact their project manager by link on the website because sometimes they loose the business card and the do not remember their name for some reason… so if the customers submit their name & address it can pop out who is in charge of the project and the link for the direct phone call or to their email or of course to the main office phone.
