Competitive Advantage Statement

Hello, my name is Miriam, and I am the Collections Specialist for McAllen Valley Roofing. Our company strives to provide the best roofing repairs and services to protect your home from outer elements. We understand that disasters happen that are out of our control and times are sometimes tough, but your sense of security for both your family and home come first. A new roof is no easy expense, as a collections specialist and part of the accounting team; we work with homeowners to find the best payment method that works with them. We will work with your insurance and make sure that you receive the best payout possible to cover your home, as well as offer the occasional payment plan to make it easier on the homeowner and get you the peace of mind that you are looking for.

What is something you would like to fix?
I would like to add more diversity in politics and positions of power, as well as the job equality so that there is no wage gap between male and female workers for the same position.

What do you do at McAllen Valley Roofing Co.?
I process client final payments and work with their insurance in order to clear their account once the project is completed.

Customer Service and hospitality

What do you enjoy doing?
After work you can usually find me playing Final Fantasy XIV with my guild and spending time with my cat.

Greatest/Unusual Skill
Because of my love for animals and fascination with death, I have taken the time to learn taxidermy. I am currently working on learning skeleton articulation.
